By spending quality time with our patients, we learn about their histories and consider the complex interplay of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health. We utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to help us understand each patient’s unique health profile and create personalized treatment plans.

Our practice is a unique blend of traditional Western medical practices and alternative or integrative medicine. This allows us to focus on prevention and wellness through nutrition, diet, and exercise. We use the latest laboratory testing and other diagnostic techniques. We may also prescribe a combination of drugs, botanical medicines, supplements, therapeutic diets, detoxification programs, or stress-management techniques.

Sandra Kirkby FNP-BC, CAS

Sandy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and certified autism specialist licensed to practice in Arizona. Traditional medicine can sometimes inadvertently contribute to health disparities for neurodivergent patients due to a lack of understanding, awareness, and accommodations for their unique needs. Sandy is passionate about improving the lives of neurodivergent patients. She is committed to revolutionizing care and transforming the lives of her patients.
